About this Class

​This standing circuit workout combines fitness with fun to boost your cardio and muscular endurance. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and physio balls is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. Chairs are used for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
